The more I know up front, the more useful my first reply can be. You do not need every detail when you contact me, a rough idea is perfectly fine, but here is what helps depending on your plans.
The areas you like, your budget range, how many bedrooms you need, your timeline, and whether you already have a mortgage pre-approval. New to the process? My home buyer guide is a good place to start.
