What does a Cambridge real estate agent do for buyers?
A buyer’s agent helps you find homes, check recent sales so you do not overpay, write and negotiate your offer, arrange inspections and work with your lawyer and lender through closing.
How much does it cost to hire a Cambridge real estate agent?
For buyers, how your agent is paid is set out in writing in a Buyer Representation Agreement before we start, and it is often covered through the listing side. For sellers, commission is agreed in the listing agreement. Either way, you will know the numbers up front.
Do you only work in Cambridge?
